What this site keeps, and what it doesn’t.

What we collect

If you send a request through this site, we receive what you type: your name, role, city or county, work email, what you’d like, and any note you add. Nothing else is collected. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

Where it goes

Requests arrive in our email and our customer records system (HubSpot, hosted in the United States), where a person at Annalume reads them. We use them only to reply and to arrange what you asked for. We don’t sell them, and we don’t share them with anyone for their marketing.

How long we keep it

Until the conversation is finished and there is no reason to keep it, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your choices

Write to hello@annalume.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We answer from a person, not an automated system.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, which handles standard connection records (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to deliver and protect it.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date below changes with it.
